Issued in handmade folded cardstock sleeve with screen-printed cover art and a Fender guitar pick glued on. There are two color variations of the first pressing, this one is printed in blue-green onto brown cardstock. The front and back covers list the title as "Yumewayume EP", but the sides of the sleeve list it as "OwariWaKonainDatte / YumeWaYume".
