Issued in handmade folded cardstock sleeve with screen-printed cover art and a Fender guitar pick glued on. There are two color variations of the first pressing, this one is printed in mint green onto white cardstock. The front and back covers list the title as "Yumewayume EP", but the sides of the sleeve list it as "OwariWaKonainDatte / YumeWaYume".
