Issued in five different sleeves (at least) with completely different artwork for each. This version shows Crayon on the front and a Hi-Hat Drum and a Flower on back. Released with 3 inserts and a sticker. The actual A-side and A-matrix are Crayon, but Veronica Lake is advertised first on the Cher Doll catalog insert.
