Issued in five different sleeves (at least) with completely different artwork for each. This version shows: front - Crayon in blue with text in red/orange, back - Veronica Lake in blue with text in red/orange. Alternate cover art shows: front - Crayon in silver with text in blue, back - Veronica Lake in silver with text in blue. Hand numbered in pencil on back (###/400).
