Issued in a j-card case. CD2 of a two disc set, issued the following week after CD1. CD1 was issued in a CD 'Z' pack (double CD box) to hold both CDs "[r=1777178]". The track listings of both discs appear on the back cover and the internal artwork has an image of this CD disc The disc of this CD2 could be removed from its own case and stored as a set in the double case.
