Released in a 14 x 22.5 cm PVC jacket with two colour offset printed cover with inner flap. From the sleeve: "This special edition cassette is culled from the compilation album documents [m=83076] and [r=130384]. All tracks were and still are exclusive contributions to Cathexis Recordings." p&c Cathexis Recordings 1989. Track B2 was recorded in Manchester 28/6/86.
