Limited edition. CD comes in a slim jewelcase housed in a cardboard slipcase with a large hole at backside through which the disc is visible. An additional elaborate (deluxe) fold-out cardboard booklet - featuring info as well as a lot of pictures - is included and fits in the same slipcase housing.
