Lossless formats (WAV, FLAC, ...) were mastered from a lossy source (likely converted from 320 kbps MP3) which means it will not sound any better than MP3. Spectrograms of 320 kbps MP3 and WAV are identical (sharp frequency cut-off at 16 KHz and 18,5 KHz).
