Comes in a 2-sided g/f sleeve and 3 inserts. 500 copies with those sold on the first day caming in a special "first day cover" featuring a "Mad Brother Ward" stamp, TPOS frank-mark and the date on the front sleeve (65 of these exist). Note that these first day covers bear the incorrect date of 20 January (should have been 21 January).
