For release with RKS STERLING in only sides C and D runouts, use [r12159378]. 2016 reissue with Made in the EU on back cover. Releases imported to US may have sticker on shrink wrap on back cover stating "Made in Czech Republic." Runout info: "RKS" and "GEF-24420-X" are etched, the rest is stamped.
