Early repressing as indicated by circa 1986-87 label design. Labels on this pressing have "Metal Blade Records" underlined, and use a different font (this label used from mid-1986 to early 1987). Released in the US by Enigma/Metal Blade Records as an LP and MC including "Dethroned Emperor" and "Morbid Tales" as bonus tracks, and included a poster-size lyric sheet and 2 single-sided merch order sheets.
