Silver CD in clear plastic sleeve with grey printed inlay. Cat number MRBCDPROMO043 on disc matrix, MRBCDPROMO43 on disc art and inlay. Tracks 1-8 constitute the original [m=78511] LP from 1973. The inlay lists 20 tracks but there are only 19 tracks on the CD. The problem is that the title of track 17 is split over two lines and both lines are given a track number.
