Received in the mail this replacement disc in card sleeve with stickers on both side & foldout 8 1/2" x 11" insert dated 26 September 2000. The original release was mail order only to begin with so I assume they just automatically sent these to all the original mail order customers. The wrong master was used for "The American Revolution" album on the first iteration of this disc - it used longer, unedited versions of some tracks and lacked the spoken word overdubs and links present on the origin...
