Initially, "Power To The Beats" was scheduled to be a 2-disc release. Both discs would comply with the UK chart rules limiting CD singles to 20 minutes, so both discs would be chart eligible. The inserts for both discs were pressed, catalogue numbers and barcodes were allocated. However at a very late stage, the decision was made to release "Power To The Beats" as one single 6-track remix disc, which would not be chart eligible.
