There is a printing error with regards to the Catalog numbers: "WAXCD 035" appears on the back and on one spine of the tray inlay and DISC LABEL. "WAXCS 035" appears on the other spine of the tray inlay. Printed in Canada. Made in USA. Issued in a standard jewel case with bi-fold cover insert. Durations are not printed on release.
