Limited Edition release with bonus enhanced CD, features the documentary that was shown on Channel 4 (in both audio and video.) After track 1-13a finishes, there is just over 5 minutes of silence and then a hidden track, Bubblehead, commences. Some copies were issued in a Feederweb/Pinnacle Records CD sized plastic carrier bag with artwork on both sides.
