Photocopied color collage/notes taped to cover and around inside of homemade gate-folded jacket. Recycled half of old 12" inner paper sleeve used to protect discs. Insert: One folded photocopied color page with album notes & art work. Track titles 1-1 to 2-12 taken from original release.
