Lower-priced repress of [r=11512761], released sometime after the introduction of sales tax in Japan in April 1989. This itself is really just the West German [r=1706384] with a wraparound obi added to tailor it to the Japanese market. CD artwork has one partial red swirl (with 5 petals), and "Made in W.
