From the liner notes: 3-13: The band recorded many experimental tracks w/o lyrics; Bill Szymczyk has edited them together to form "one crazy piece". 3-15: Mr. Szymczyk always ran a separate two-track machine during recording; these are some of the "most idiotic things we ever did in a recording studio".
