Double 12" promo issued in a plain cardboard gatefold sleeve. The sleeve front is rubber-stamped with the KK Records logo in purple ink. The inside spread has rubber-stamped logos of each band, PWOG in green ink and Halo in black ink. Also, the label on side 1 of disc 2 is rubber-stamped with "Drum Club Re-Mixes" in black ink.
