Released in a cardboard folder CD cover printed in matte black with a high gloss, dark purple, vertical bar on the front. Inside the CD folder is a foam "compact stud" to hold the CD. A sticker on the back states "Plastikman - Consumed - Advance CD - Street Date 5/19/98" and bears the catalog number MUSDJ28-2. The CD has the catalog number acdnomu65 printed on the front.
