Tommy Aldridge is spelled wrong on the back of the sleeve as Tommy Alridge. The release is a recording of a radio transmission of the concert. The last track "Paranoid" is not listed on the sleeve. The discs labels are similar and have no distinction (side ID), appart the first LP label are blue and the second are silver. Randy Rhoads does not play on this release despite being listed on the cover, Brad Gillis is on guitar
