Artwork taken from [url=https://www.discogs.com/artist/4221121-Kiyono-Koto]Koto Kiyono[/url]'s (古都清乃) album Yushima no Shiraume (湯島の白梅), with the artist's name changed to Mazuku (魔頭苦), using the kanji for demon/evil influence, head and pain/anguish.
