Second CD released as part of "The Crystalline Series" (although the letter "c" in the cat.no suggests it is the second). As reported by an unauthorised source, produced in a number of 250 copies. Comes in a standard jewel case without front insert. All info can be found on the tray side of the back inlay. Copies distributed as retail promos have a One Little Indian promo sticker on the front.
