Blue vinyl edition in clear PVC sleeve with card inlay. Originally sealed with a blue sticker with cat number and barcode. Some copies have also a clear sticker with golden letters: "Lent for Promotional Use Only. Any Sale or Unauthorized Transfer is Prohibited and Void. Subject to Return Upon Demand by Owner. Acceptance of This Record Constitutes Agreement to the Above."
