This was a promo released in 1995 as a teaser to the [m17387] compilation which was to be released in February 1996. The release is noteworthy because some of the tracks are significantly different than the Offbeat CD. 1) The My Bloody Valentine track "Incidental No. 1" is longer that the track "Incidental One" on Offbeat (1:18 vs. 0:52) and does NOT feature any vocals by Mark Eitzel. 2) The Barry Adamson Track on this promo is 1:40 longer than the track on Offbeat 3) The Tortoise/Jeff Parke...
