BMG Club Edition. Booklet folds out to be a 4-page poster, hosting the front cover, back cover, and the credits and track listing. It should be noted on this release it states on the bottom of the back cover "Disc manufactured by CBS/Sony, Tokyo, Japan", but the disc itself says "MANUFACTURED IN U.S.A.". The booklet is missing writing credits as stated on CD, it does not credit Fred Foster with "Me And Bobby McGee" or Michael McClure with "Mercedes Benz". Release features a downward arrow pri...
