Gaia

Gaia is a musical adventure written and conceived by composer/writer Valgeir Gudjonsson. In May of 1991 Gaia, an exact replica of a Viking ship, set sail from Norway on a historic and perilous journey taking her finally to the Earth Summit in Rio de Janeiro. Gudjonsson sailed with her as far as Scotland and then teamed up with Eythor Gunnarsson to write, arrange and produce this album.
