Pink test pressing with white label and inner sleeve signed by St Vincent, housed in a plain black jacket. These signed test pressings were label sponsored giveaways through local record stores to fans who signed up in select US stores for the St. Vincent Diplomats contest which ran from October 13-27, 2017.
