Bonus

Recorded at the Holocene, San Francisco, Summer 2005. Limited to 150 numbered copies (numbering engraved in the stripe). The CDr comes with insert in a clear threefold screenprinted PVC jacket, held together with a clear PVC stripe. The band name is engraved in reverse letters in the inside of the frontpanel. Some copies are blue, some red. (Maybe other colors exist as well.)
