Second release of Unbalance, includes blood-red 4-page-sheet. Limited to 200 copies. Also known as "Shumatsu Shorijo" or "Shuumatsu Shori Jou". Due to the photo of cremation ovens on cover, some felt that this release was cursed. Jojo Hiroshige and Naoto Hayashi had the release purified at Shitenno temple in Osaka.
