Released in a gold foiled, blind embossed cardboard cover with an insert, a cloth inner dust sleeve, and an outer clear plastic sleeve. The cardboard cover has four panels in which the corners are fold over and under the panel next to it to seal the the contents. Some copies were released with a sticker which has catalog and barcode information.
