The sleeve has a silver foil 'bis' logo on the front cover. The cover is printed on matt/unfinished card stock and is die-cut at the rear. Some copies came with an insert with the liner notes, a [l4817] mailing list postcard and an insert detailing upcoming [a88635]/Bis releases. The front cover reads "4 great blood-horrors to rip out yr guts". Catalogue number "CHEM 003" is printed on the face label of side B and "chem 003" is printed on the rear sleeve. Made in England.
