The Real Folk Blues

Blue label, as here, is the debut label for this release, though there exists a silver/black label variation (the use of that label should have been extinct by 1963), suggesting that some plants were inclined to use up old labels if a box of them was found in storage, rather than discard them in favor of the current label in use. Silver/black label pressings, therefore, are interesting curios, but not an earlier issue.
